Release of Liability and Waiver Forms
1. Blue Horse Participant Release & Assumption of Risk
Working with horses involves inherent risks. Horses are large animals whose behavior can be unpredictable. Even during non-riding activities, participants may be exposed to risks including being stepped on, kicked, bitten, bumped, knocked down, or otherwise injured. All Blue Horse participants must review and electronically sign the Blue Horse Participant Release & Assumption of Risk before participating.
2. Complete the Release for Your Location
You only need to complete the release for the location where your Blue Horse experience will take place.
Spruce Meadow Farms
If your Blue Horse experience will take place at Spruce Meadow Farm, please review and electronically sign the Spruce Meadow Farm Release and Hold Harmless Agreement before your scheduled session.
Nirvana Equestrian
If your Blue Horse experience will take place at Nirvana Equestrian, please complete Nirvana Equestrian’s required waiver before your scheduled session. The link below will take you directly to Nirvana Equestrian’s website, where you can review and complete their waiver.
Before participating in a Blue Horse experience, you will need to complete two releases:
Complete the Blue Horse Participant Release & Assumption of Risk below. This is required for all participants.
Complete the release for the location where your Blue Horse experience will take place. You only need to complete one location release: either Spruce Meadow Farm or Nirvana Equestrian.
